How support is delivered

Every package is built around the individual — not a one-size-fits-all model. Here's what that looks like in practice.

Get in Touch
  • One-to-one support.

Each person we support has a dedicated team built around them, ensuring consistent, familiar faces rather than a rotation of different workers.

  • In your home and community.

Support takes place wherever it's needed — at home, out in the local community, at education settings, or in supported employment placements.

  • Flexible hours.

We offer packages ranging from a few hours a week through to full round-the-clock, 24-hour support — adapted as needs change over time.

  • Funding options.

We support families and individuals to manage their care through Direct Payments and Individualised Budgets, giving greater control and independence wherever possible.
