We're here to support individual journeys
Our mission at Stagg Support is to help adults with learning disabilities live fulfilling lives in their homes and community.
We aim to create comprehensive pathways that focus on outcomes and enable people to discover their potential. So they can have choices and control their own life.
I believe well looked after support staff results in staff that look after and care more about the people we support.
I started Stagg Support because I was sick of seeing the companies I worked at, wasting time and resources. And at the same time treating and paying staff poorly, not really caring about the people we support, understanding them or meeting their needs.

Why you should choose Stagg Support
We value the input of others to improve the service we provide. We work openly and professionally to identify our strengths and weaknesses and aim to improve on our areas of weakness.
As part of being transparent, the people we support and their families (where appropriate) can access their files, where their support plans and daily notes can be viewed.
See Our Services-
Promoting independence.
We aim to support people to retain their independence and, where possible, to increase this. We don't see people by their diagnosis — each person we support is based on their individual needs and requirements.
-
Personalised assessments.
We complete and review, as needed, a comprehensive assessment and person-centred support plan, including assistance in identifying each person's needs and aspirations.
-
Collaborative approach.
We work as part of a team to provide the best support possible, alongside families, Social Care, Health, and other support services.
-
Consistent support teams.
We look to match support staff with the people they support and maintain a consistent, familiar team around each individual.
-
Long-term goal focus.
We are focused on achieving the long-term goals of the people we support, no matter how big or small.
-
Transparent reporting.
The people we support and their families can access their files at any time, including support plans and daily notes. We believe openness builds trust.
We look after our team so they can look after you
At Stagg Support, staff welfare isn't an afterthought — it's central to how we operate. We believe that well-supported, well-trained staff are the foundation of a genuinely good care service.
That means fair pay, consistent hours, and a management team that listens. When our staff feel valued, they bring that same care and commitment to the people they support every day.
-
Thorough training.
Every member of our team is trained to a high standard before supporting anyone, and we invest in ongoing development throughout their time with us.
-
A team that stays.
Low staff turnover means the people we support build genuine, lasting relationships with familiar faces — not a revolving door of new workers.
-
Valued from day one.
We treat our staff with the same respect we ask them to show the people they support. That culture starts at the top and runs through everything we do.
